The road shows were conducted in two rounds, each spanning five cities. Round 1, which took place from 19 to 23 January, 2009, covered the cities of Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune. Round 2, which took place between 16 to 26 February, covered Chandigarh, Lucknow, Delhi, Jaipur and Kolkata. These shows covered subjects like the entrepreneurial fund raising process, business plan preparation, deal structuring, and private equity for IT/ITeS. Entrepreneurs, intermediaries and advisors attending these shows also deliberated and exchanged information pertaining to the funding options available in the present economic scenario. As part of the road shows, well-known speakers, such as Sudhir Kamath, 2i Capital; Abhishek Bhagat, Yes Bank; Shailesh Singh, 2i Capital; Rajesh Singhal, Milestone Capital; Srini Vudayagiri, Light Speed Venture Partners; and Manoj Saha, Dickenson Advisory, addressed the audience.
