I strongly believe that you are lucky if you have a dream. Many people might have the capability to achieve a lot, but if you do not have that dream, then all your capabilities lie wasted. I believe that the opportunity we have to create something big on the mobile through the MyToday platform, which addresses close to four million people multiple times daily, is the best thing to have happened! My dream would comprise the following: Innovation at the core: I don't want to do something that many others are doing. I want to create something new. Innovation will be at the centre of our growth, whether it is product innovation or monetisation innovation. For the vast majority: Nothing gives me more of a kick than creating services/products that vast majority will consume. India is about the masses. And that is the segment that we will always cater to. True corporate citizens: It is my passion that the wealth that we are able to create should benefit society. I have already worked upon two ideas (completely non-profit), which I will nurture either through the organisation or definitely as an individual. Humungous profits: This sums up the materialistic goals we have. It gets you the respect that you seek. This is the foundation on which all of the above stands!
